Rain or Shine -- the Winter Garden Music Festival will take place on February 21.

WEST PLANT ST. from DILLARD ST. to PARK AVE., and portions of adjoining streets, will be CLOSED from SATURDAY, FEB. 21 at 2:00 AM – SUNDAY, FEB. 22 at 2:00 AM.

ADDITIONAL ROAD CLOSURES - Starting on FRIDAY, FEB. 20, at 8:00 AM - SUNDAY, FEB. 22, at 2:00 AM:

-S. BOYD ST. from W. PLANT ST. heading south to W. JOINER ST.-N. LAKEVIEW AVE. & W. PLANT ST.-S. WOODLAND ST. & W. PLANT ST.

The road closures are due to the outdoor Winter Garden Music Festival taking place throughout historic downtown Winter Garden. 

The 11-hour Winter Garden Music Festival (Saturday, Feb. 22, 11:00 am - 10:00 pm) is FREE TO ATTEND and features 30+ music acts performing across 7 stages throughout historic downtown Winter Garden. 

Free shuttles (10:00 am – 11:00 pm) will operate from designated offsite parking areas during the event.

Homeowners of Historic East Winter Garden Neighborhood can apply for the Legacy Fund Home Rehabilitation Program grant. The pilot program offers grant funding of up to $50,000 (max) to qualified homeowners for essential exterior and interior home repairs.

The intent of the program is to help preserve the homes and heritage in the Historic East Winter Garden Neighborhood.

The program is funded by the City of Winter Garden, with the support of Orange County Government, and in partnership with One Winter Garden. 

The CRA has engaged Rebuilding Together Greater Florida  as a critical partner to administer and manage the program's operation to include the application, inspection an repair processes. Rebuilding Together Greater Florida (RTGFL) has an incredible 25-year track record of success improving the safety and quality of life for homeowners through home repairs all throughout Florida. The City of Winter Garden is beyond thrilled to have them as a partner to help preserve the homes and heritage of residents in our beloved Historic East Winter Garden Neighborhood.
